These instructions apply to the Spreuke mobile app published by FreeBeings.io LLC. Use the steps below to request deletion of your Spreuke account and associated data.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Spreuke app and go to Settings.
- Open Data & privacy.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm the prompt.
You will be signed out immediately and your account deletion will be scheduled. You can reverse the deletion within 30 days by signing back in and selecting Cancel deletion in Settings.
If you can’t access the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request” and include the email address used for your Spreuke account. We will verify your identity and schedule deletion.
What gets deleted
After the 30-day grace period, we permanently remove:
- Profile and account details (name, email, authentication identifiers).
- Journal entries, reflections, and related insights.
- Chat messages, threads, and daily summaries.
- Reminders, notifications, and push subscription tokens.
- Settings, preferences, feature flags, and personalization history.
- Favorites, sparks history, feed activity, and engagement signals.
- Mood check-ins, intentions, streaks, and badge progress.
- Data export files and any related download links.
What we keep
We retain a minimal deletion record (receipt ID, timestamps, and account identifier) so we can honor your request, prevent reuse of deleted identifiers, and meet legal or security obligations. This record does not include journal, chat, or other content.
Retention timeline
- Grace period: 30 days from your deletion request.
- Cancellation window: Sign back in within 30 days to cancel deletion.
- Data export links: Links expire 30 days after they are issued.
- Deletion record: Kept after deletion with no fixed retention period; removed when no longer required by law or security needs.
