1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how FreeBeings.io LLC (“FreeBeings”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you interact with Spreuke through our website, web application, and WhatsApp experiences. We operate from the United States and process data under consent, contractual necessity, and legitimate interests aligned with laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.

Spreuke combines wellness coaching with advertising-supported content. We work with consent and analytics partners to fund the service while giving you clear controls over cookies, personalization, and communications.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account & profile data: Name, date of birth, language preferences, and optional biographical details you provide.
  • Conversation & wellness inputs: WhatsApp and in-app messages, AI-generated summaries, support requests, and prompts needed to deliver guidance.
  • Usage & device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, session timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Consent & preference records: Cookie decisions, marketing opt-ins, and records of privacy choices captured through our consent management platform.
  • Advertising signals (with consent): Cookie identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and hashed IDs supplied by our advertising partners when personalised ads are enabled.

3. How We Use Data

  • Deliver and personalise Spreuke: Provide AI-assisted conversations, remember preferences, and recommend relevant content.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot: Monitor service performance, detect abuse, and keep our infrastructure reliable.
  • Advertising and measurement: Show contextual or personalised ads through third-party ad platforms, and measure campaign effectiveness when you consent.
  • Research and improvement: Aggregate usage analytics to refine features and improve user outcomes.
  • Legal compliance and risk management: Enforce our terms, respond to lawful requests, and maintain necessary records.

4. Advertising, Cookies & Analytics

We use first- and third-party cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to support essential functionality, analytics, and advertising. Consent is requested through the Gatekeeper CMP on your first visit.

  • Consent management: The Gatekeeper CMP banner appears on first visit and can be reopened at any time via the “Manage Cookies” link to review vendors and adjust preferences.
  • Advertising platforms: Third-party networks serve programmatic and contextual ads, optimise layout, and may personalise experiences using consented identifiers. The CMP discloses the current list of partners and provides links to their policies.
  • Analytics & diagnostics: Privacy-aware measurement tools help us understand aggregated usage patterns so we can improve the Service.
  • Your choices: Adjust consent settings via the CMP, disable third-party cookies in your browser, or visit industry opt-out resources such as the NAI opt-out portal and YourAdChoices controls.

5. Sharing & Transfers

  • Service providers: Hosting, infrastructure, messaging, analytics, and customer-support vendors process data for us under binding agreements.
  • Advertising partners: Third-party ad platforms receive limited identifiers and usage metrics to deliver and measure ads when consent is granted.
  • Legal disclosures: We may share data to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users and the public.
  • Business transfers: Data may be part of corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing) with comparable protections.
  • International transfers: Information may be processed in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or similar safeguards to protect your rights.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access and portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Protective measures: We apply encryption in transit, role-based access controls, monitoring, and regular reviews of vendor safeguards.
  • Retention timelines: Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to deliver Spreuke, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Aggregated analytics and logs are anonymised or deleted on a rolling schedule.
