To live before we leave

Everyone deserves a fair chance

A common denominator,
The basic command
Is what groups us together:
LIVE.

All want to live
All fear to leave, to some extent.
Death is something hard to understand.

They say life is not fair,
And some live more than others.

We have oppressors
Who see it fit to play God,
To decide who lives and who just exists.
Who rob God
Through abuse,
Through human rights violations,
Through stealing the free gift that He gave to people;
Through subverting the basic command He gave:
LIVE.

But humans can be fair,
If they choose to be so.
Let us show some care
And do the right thing.

Respect human rights
And make life the way we want it to be, so
Help other people to live, before they leave.
