I don't care
Chapter 6 of 17
I don’t care about negativity
I like to think of myself as an elevated individual,
Because I’m not like the norm, far from the usual.
There are things that don’t get to me,
Simply because I’m above them; they can’t get to my level.
Discouragement is one good example,
And how I deal with it is quite simple:
When a person tries to discourage me
It means that they are trying to tell me their version of reality,
Trying to inform me of perceived consequences.
This makes me all the more curious and determined to see it for myself.
I always think for myself and therefore have my own version of reality.
I’ve had so many things push me to the border of sanity.
Now I know myself more than ever before.
I know what I’m capable of;
I stopped cowering and stood tall through all the calamity,
Saying “I don’t care” to all the negativity.
That’s me,
After the epiphany.
