Discoveries in trying times

There are great discoveries to be made in difficult times, because where problems abound, solutions are just around the corner. Choosing to find a way forward instead of just complaining about your problems changes your status, from victim to survivor.

When you choose to act on your problems, you cease to be a victim of circumstance and become a force of change; that’s when you transition to not only being a survivor, but to being a leader or hero too, and an inspiration to those still in the victim’s mindset.

The people who abandon your vision not only motivate you to go further, but they expose paths for you to walk on. In the way that you need to clear the way to make a road, those who betray and abandon you expose things you need to remove from your life. They reveal the mistakes you made in trusting them and how you can avoid them in the future, and move on.
