It is not arrogance

It is true to say that a person is arrogant when he or she exaggerates his or her importance or worth, in any area of life you might think of. It is also true to say that a person’s arrogance is relative, because it depends on two factors: the real worth or importance and the perceived worth or importance.

If you perceive me to be worth less than I truly am, in whatever context, then I will not be arrogant by believing and portraying my true worth; that which is more than what you think of me.

It is not arrogance when I choose to believe my true worth or importance, when what you think of me is less. It is just self-actualization.
